We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and support the organization's people strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while partnering closely with management to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters and employment legislation.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and retain suitable talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Performance & Employee Development
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Foster employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Work closely with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Support salary reviews, bonus exercises, and benefits benchmarking where required.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
Support audits and ensure proper HR governance practices.
Strategic HR Support
Partner with management to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
Recommend HR improvements and process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior HR generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
