Job Description - HR Manager

Company Overview

Cleaning Concept Pte Ltd, specializes in cleaning services and is currently hiring for various operational roles including cleaners, dishwashers, team leaders, and supervisors.

Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and payroll management to support organizational growth, compliance, and employee engagement within Cleaning Concept Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR policies aligned with Employment Act requirements covering contracts, wages, benefits, work hours, leave, insurance, termination, CPF, and training needs
  • Oversee staff development by designing and managing orientation, training, counseling, and coaching programs to enhance talent retention
  • Manage annual performance and salary review processes, including administering performance management systems and rewards programs
  • Ensure HR activities comply with business policies, ethical standards, and Ministry of Manpower legislation
  • Collaborate with division heads to assess manpower needs and coordinate staff rotation systems to meet business demands
  • Provide guidance and training to line managers on performance management and WSQ training requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with managers across all levels to ensure accessible and consistent HR services
  • Harmonize and integrate HR policies and benefits across organizational entities
  • Disseminate important information such as memos and Ministry of Manpower notices to staff
  • Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling matters effectively
  • Maintain payroll data by accurately collecting, calculating, and entering employee information
  • Update payroll records to reflect changes in exemptions, insurance, deductions, job titles, and department transfers
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through data analysis
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and provide accurate information to employees
  • Follow payroll policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and recommend improvements
  • Protect payroll confidentiality to maintain employee trust
  • Support team objectives by contributing to related HR and payroll tasks as needed
