Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, andprocedures in line with business objectives.
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retentionstrategies for all levels of staff.
· Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRISsystems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Lead performance management processes, employeeappraisals, and career development initiatives.
· Provide guidance on employee relations issues,resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
· Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws andregulations.
· Manage HR metrics and reporting to supportdecision-making.
· Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement and professional development.
· Support organizational development, changemanagement, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
· Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HRbest practices, and payroll administration.
· Proven experience in recruitment, performancemanagement, employee relations, and HR strategy.
· Excellent communication, leadership, andinterpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion.
· Proactive, results-driven, and able to managemultiple priorities effectively.
