Job Description

·       Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.

·       Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with headquarters’ requirements and the business strategy.

·       Act as a liaison between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR issues.

·       Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain skilled employees.

·       Create and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

·       Drive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and reduce turnover rates.

·       Develop and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.

·       Oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs to ensure employee growth and skill enhancement.

·       Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development plans.

·       Conduct wage, benefits, and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

·       Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA guidelines, and local labor laws.

·       Handle disciplinary and termination procedures in collaboration with management.

·       Manage HR technology platforms (e.g., payroll systems, leave management, performance tracking, SAP Success Factor).

·       Prepare and present HR reports to senior management and HQ office.

·       Serve as a strategic partner to senior management in aligning HR goals with the company’s overall objectives.

·       Monitor employee satisfaction and conduct surveys to improve workplace morale and productivity.

·       Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of HR processes.

·       Oversee expatriate management, including work pass applications, relocation, housing support, and logistical arrangements for employees traveling overseas for work assignments as well as employees relocating from other countries to join the company. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and provide assistance with cultural integration and onboarding.

·       Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering their growth and development.

·       Manage other HR or labour related duties or projects as assigned.


Requirements

·      Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or related field.

·      Minimum 5-8years of working experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.

·      Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, Compensation& Benefits, Training, and related HR function.


Skills

·      Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.

·      People oriented, and results driven.

·      Experience inhuman resources or related fields.

·      Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

·      Ability to hands-on, lead and work within team.

·      HR competence to oversee, manage, develop, and build proper HR procedures and policies roll-out within the organization.

·      Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.

Workplace Location: Ang Mo Kio, Techplace 1 (easily accessible to public transport)
