-Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and labor regulations.
-Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
--Coordinate employee training, orientation, and professional development programs.
-Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
-Monitor staff attendance, leave, and payroll-related records in coordination with the payroll team.
-Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Requirement:
-Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
