Job Description

• Position Title: HR Manager
• Working Location: Tagore lane
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Handle full-cycle payroll processing.
• Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
• Perform general administrative tasks and manage the onboarding/offboarding process (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
• Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.
• Apply for, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees.
• Advise employees on HR-related and administrative matters (leave, recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.).
• Manage the day-to-day operations of HR and Admin duties.
• Handle applications and renewals for SFA licenses and food hygiene certifications for outlet staff.
• Submit and track statutory claims, such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave, CPF, and IR21.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR activities.
• Experience with Infotech software is required.
• Must be able to work independently and handle pressure
