Our client is an established engineering company with presence in over 10 countries. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function in Singapore.

Leading a HR team of 4 and reporting to the Global HR Director, this role will:

• Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employer branding, payroll checking
• Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
• Identify training needs and support the learning & development requirements
• Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
• Support other HR initiatives

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ of HR Generalist experience, with experience leading a team
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Independent and self-motivated
• Collaborative and a team player
