HR Manager (Retail)

Details :

• Location: Paya Lebar
• Basic salary up to $7,000
• Working days: Mon-Fri
• Working hours: Office Hours

Job scope:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

• Manage recruitment activities, including hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee relations initiatives.

• Administer compensation, benefits, salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as needed.

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Handle CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A & IR21), and statutory submissions.

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance matters for foreign employees.

• Support HR and administrative projects as assigned.
