Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract positions, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding.
Administer work pass applications, renewals and employee onboarding processes.
Process monthly payroll, annual bonus and salary increment exercises, ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration.
Manage employee leave records, insurance enrolment and other HR administrative processes.
Handle annual income tax reporting, tax clearance and statutory claims.
Support employee training administration and compensation-related matters.
Assist employees with HR-related requests, including employment letters and documentation.
Address employee enquiries, workplace concerns and support employee relations initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR or office administration duties as assigned.
