• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.

• Partner with business stakeholders on manpower requirements and HR initiatives.

• Drive learning and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational needs.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.

• Monitor and improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

• Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management updates.

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

• Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
