HR OFFICER

Job Description

• Manage recruitment activities through Facebook and other online platforms.
• Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on Facebook.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interview arrangements.
• Conduct basic candidate communications and follow-ups.
• Assist with on-boarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Facebook posting and social media platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 具备良好的沟通能力及人际交往能力。
• 工作认真负责、积极主动，能够独立完成工作。
• 具备基本电脑操作能力，熟悉 Microsoft Office 办公软件。

工作时间：

星期一至星期五 上午 9:00 至 下午 6:00

工作地点：

Northstar @ AMK（宏茂桥 Northstar 商业园）
