What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, deployments, and offboarding.
• Coordinate internship recruitment, onboarding, and related administrative matters.
• Organise and support staff engagement programmes, team events, and internal initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Review HR administrative processes and support digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and shared service teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration is an advantage.
