HR Officer (Permanent) - East

Position: HR Officer
Location: Bedok South
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,500
Annual Leave: 14 days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and general HR administrative functions
• Handle employee leave administration, benefits, medical claims, and statutory submissions
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Coordinate onboarding processes and employee orientation programmes
• Arrange staff training registrations and maintain accurate training records
• Assist with employee relations matters, feedback handling, and offboarding processes
• Support HR compliance, reporting, and other ad-hoc HR projects as required

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and/or payroll experience
• Familiarity with payroll systems (knowledge of InfoHRIS is an advantage)
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
