Our client is a leading materials technology company . They are looking for an HR Executive to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East– easily accessible.
Duties
Manage JSOX, CSR, and various internal/external audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls, labour regulations, and audit requirements
Support audit documentation, identify control gaps, and track corrective actions and resolution of audit findings
Maintain and update Group HR policies, organisational charts, structures, and HR documentation across multiple entities
Coordinate annual HR cycles including performance appraisal, promotions, salary review, and employee declaration processes
Oversee Learning & Development administration, including training coordination, study support programme, and maintenance of training records
Support HR reporting and projects, including turnover reports, HR documentation standardisation, process flow improvements, and ad-hoc HR operations tasks
Requirements
Min 3 years of HR operations or relevant HR experience
Familiarity with JSOX, audit processes, and policy documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams/Google Workspace)
