HR Ops Executive (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, and Workday to support contract management, employee data, and HR processes.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $3,450/month

Responsibilities:
Tosupport the HR OPs team with:

• Exit clearance process
• Re-employment process
• Contract management
• Creation of contingent worker profiles (for temp staffs)
• Estab creation and admin in Workday
• Employee data projects

Requirements

• Background in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other relevant field of study
• Possesses good organisational skills and is meticulous
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in afast-paced environment and a team player
