About The Job HR Payroll/Operations Executive

Qashier is looking for an amazing HR Payroll/Operations Executive to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
The HR Payroll/ Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing and executing various HR administrative tasks and processes. This includes handling employee records, maintaining HR databases, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, managing attendance and leave management, and assisting in HR projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity. The incumbent will be reporting to the Regional People Business Partner with all HR Payroll/ Operations duties.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage local payroll process from end to end, including annual income tax submission
  • Manage onboarding process, orientation, and offboarding activities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations duties (Letter generation for employee life cycle, benefits administration, employee relations, etc.)
  • Manage all Work Pass (WP, SPASS, EP) matters such as application, renewal, cancellation and managing the foreign quota in company
  • Maintain and update staff records in system
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational and admin support
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act is essential
  • Festive and event management
  • Pantry and stationery management
  • Any other duties or projects assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline , preferably Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR operations experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Incumbent from a start-up environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willing to work onsite
