Job Description - HR Recruiter

Job Description & Requirements

- Filling positions with best candidates

- Designing and Implementing recruiting systems

- Choosing suitable candidates

- Handling of administration and record keeping

- Working with team to develop a recruitment plan

- Drafting and posting job descriptions

- Interviewing candidates / performing Interviews (In person, phone or video calls)

- Preparing job offers with documentations.

- Communicating networking with various institutions and social media

- Determining staffing needs

- Creating a recruitment strategy

- Screening resumes

- Conducting Company assessments

- Running job ads to attract applicants

- Searching for and approaching suitable candidates

- Running job ads to attract applicants

- Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the organization

- Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes

- Maintaining a lead database

- Coaching and mentoring junior Recruiters

- Selling and marketing

- Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements

- Posting job openings on media and social media outlets

- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks

- Scheduling for conduction interviews

- Occasionally arranging travel for candidates to interviews

- Extending job offer and arranging the relevant documents

- Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department

- Participating in recruitment events, and gathering information from suitable candidates.

- Attending more courses about recruitment coordinator

- Adhering to employment laws on employments contracts

- Understand about the contracts and employments laws

- Monitor candidates with attitudes, personality, communications skill, grooming, writing skills and knowledge of officers.

- Preparing question during interviewing officers

- Key in or fill in personal Data correctly

- Analysis with Ops Team for the available vacancies (Conducting Meeting)

- Communicating and understand with MOM regarding officers needs or complaints
