HR Systems & Operations Executive [Govt]

GOVT - Join a team driving HR transformation and digitalisation initiatives. This role combines HR operations, HR systems, process improvement and automation, offering the opportunity to work on initiatives that improve efficiency, employee experience and HR service delivery.

You'll play a key role in managing HR processes, supporting HR systems, analysing data and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through technology and automation.

• Basic Up to $4K + 2 months Bonus 
• Location: Pasir Panjang 
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hrs (Hybrid) 
• 12 months contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, promotion and bonus exercises.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR process and system-related enquiries.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and system integrity.
• Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
• Support the design and implementation of digital forms, workflows and process improvements.
• Generate reports, dashboards and data insights to support HR decision-making.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and system guides.
• Partner stakeholders across the organisation to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Projects, HRIS or Process Improvement functions will be advantageous.
