HR/ADMIN OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records (Personal data, attendance, leave, training)
• Ensure HR files and databases are accurate and up to date
• Processing of overtime calculation and checking on employees’ daily attendance
• Manage employee medical claims and benefits administration
• Liaise with external parties (Pest Control, Dormitory Management)
• Support end-to-end worker recruitment activities
• Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellation and related matters
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Handle workers disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies
• Support HR / Safety/ISO audits
• Coordinate training including course registration with relevant authorities
• Filing and documentation
• Support management with travel arrangement
• Attending to workers enquiries
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by HR/Admin Manager
• Ordering of pantry item and stationery
• Ensure the office environment is organized, clean and well-functioning
• Any administrative duties

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
