Responsibilities:

Assisting in the Business growth strategy as well as working hand-in-hand with COE team
Supporting in Employee relations, performance, development and grooming of talents to support business growth.
Develop and manage manpower budgeting and other HR budgets.
Managing performance review and Compensation & Benefit review Workforce planning and Talent succession planning

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
8 - 10 years of Business partnering with proven managerial experience stakeholder
strong stakeholder management skills
