Job Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent across APAC regions.

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure suitable candidate selection.

• Improve recruitment processes and recommend suitable recruitment tools and systems.

• Support salary proposals and hiring decisions with knowledge of compensation and benefits.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation in the market.

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure consistent employee branding and experience.

• Partner with business leaders to provide HR support aligned with organizational goals.

• Support HR initiatives, regional projects, and workforce development activities.

• Participate in regional travel and support APAC HR operations when required.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnering.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Experience supporting regional or APAC operations will be an advantage.
