We are seeking a Tech-Minded HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support HR operations while driving process improvements and automation. You will manage HR systems, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency through digital solutions.

Contract:12 months
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Location: Mapletree Business City
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm

HR Operations & System Management

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including performance cycles, bonus administration, promotions, onboarding/offboarding, claims, and vendor payments.
• Support HR system queries, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance through audits and validation.
• Administer HR platforms such as Workday and FormSG, including user access, role management, and system maintenance.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve HR workflows.
• Design and implement digital solutions using HR systems and low-code platforms.
• Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Stakeholder Management

• Generate HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance processes.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to drive system adoption and process compliance.
