PURPOSE
The role is to support the design, development, and configuration of the next-generation AI HR Executive platform that will serve as the primary HR interface across the company. This platform covers the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning to offboarding and will leverage Microsoft Fabric and AI-powered conversational interfaces. The HRIS Consultant will ensure that digital HR workflows are implemented accurately, meet compliance and policy requirements, and align with enterprise-wide digital transformation goals.
NATURE & SCOPE
Collaborate with HR, IT, and engineering teams to gather business requirements and map existing HR processes into a digitized workflow.
Translate business needs into structured data models, process flows, and AI-driven interactions within the HRIS platform.
Validate HR modules, ensure system integrity, and alignment with statutory and organizational HR requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise on areas such as recruitment, payroll, leave, attendance, performance, and learning systems.
Work closely with the AI development team to design HR-specific conversational flows and logic for the digital assistant interface.
Support testing, UAT, and documentation of system behavior across various modules.
Advise on HRIS system adoption, user training, change management, and future improvement opportunities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Relevant experience in Software Development and in particular have skills in the use of Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.net, C#), mobile development (flutter, android Studio), SQL scripting, CSS, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript & jQuery, and bootstrap.
Experience in Pervasive SQL Database is an added advantage.
Experience in development, deployment, and administration of software running as SaaS in Cloud Platform is an added advantage.
Experience in the development of software using c#, .NET and SQL Server technologies.
Relevant experience in HRIS platform implementation, configuration, and testing.
Hands-on knowledge of HR processes such as headcount planning, recruitment, core HR, payroll, and L&D.
Exposure to AI-driven platforms or chatbot integration in HR is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or similar low-code automation tools.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate HR policies into digital processes.
Experience in Microsoft SQL, Power BI, or HR analytics dashboard design is beneficial.
Involvement in data migration, validation, and HR system rollout plans.
