Job Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to theHR department.
· Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, andemployee documentation.
· Maintain and update employee records and filingsystems.
· Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employeeorientation.
· Monitor leave, attendance, medical claims, andovertime records.
· Assist in payroll preparation by compiling andverifying HR data.
· Respond to employee enquiries and supportgeneral office administration.
· Perform other HR and administrative duties asassigned.
Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, BusinessAdministration, or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of HR or administrativeexperience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good communication, organizational, andmultitasking skills.
· Able to work independently and as part of ateam.
· Working Location: Joo Koon, Monday to Friday,9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
