Group Talent Acquisition Executive

Requirements:

Possess good working knowledge of local employment.

Talent Acquisition

Assist the Management in managing recruitment and selection to meet the organisation’s manpower needs 

Employee Engagement and Wellness 

Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and manage employee welfare and wellness programme

Compensation and Benefits

Primary contact for payroll execution. Assist the Management in ensuring that the Group remains compliant on all legislative manpower law

HR Policies and Frameworks

Support Management on building up relevant HR framework and policies for the Singapore Group

Performance Management System

Support the Management on building up a strategic performance management framework, tied to organisational goals and objectives

HR Administration

In-charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts in accordance to PDPA and company policy.

Maintaining master list of all employees in the Group

Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files.

Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews

Perform any other ad-hoc administration duties as required

Strengthen Group's Brands to attract the right candidates to join the organisation.

Plan and execute activities to recruit and retain talents to meet the business needs.
