Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange interview logistics.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking system.
Payroll Administration
Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Handle CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory requirements
Issue payslips and respond to payroll-related queries.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of salary information.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Handle work passes, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Assist in HR policies implementation and updates.
Support employee engagement activities and welfare matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
General HR Support
Assist in disciplinary matters and HR documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment and payroll preferred).
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
