Job Responsibilities
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, includingrecruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
· Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance,overtime, and employee benefits.
· Handle work pass applications, renewals,cancellations, and liaise with MOM.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HRdocumentation.
· Ensure compliance with the Singapore EmploymentAct and company HR policies.
· Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports,and other HR-related documents.
· Support employee engagement, training, andperformance management activities.
· Perform other HR duties and projects asassigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human ResourceManagement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
· Strong knowledge of the Singapore EmploymentAct, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
· Hands-on experience in recruitment, payrollcoordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payrollsystems.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, andproblem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiplepriorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
· Meticulous, organized, and able to thrive in afast-paced environment.
· Working Location: Joo Koon, Monday to Friday,9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
