Job Responsibilities
• Handle recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding.
• Process Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Administer employee leave, medical and dental claims.
• Coordinate employee training, course registrations and maintain training records.
• Monitor employee confirmation, contract renewals and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and headcount reports.
• Attend to employee enquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
