Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage employee records, leave administration and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and HR administrative duties
• Liaise with government agencies on employment-related matters
• Assist with general office administration and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with preschool and employment regulations

Job Requirements:

• Relevant HR experience
• Experience working in a preschool environment is required
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
