Responsibilities:
Drive manpower development goals in designated markets through agent expansion and agent management
Manage the full recruitment process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding arrangements
Maintain and safeguard company personnel records to ensure completeness and confidentiality
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance in foreign worker recruitment
Requirements:
Minimum of a recognized diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in human resources or foreign worker recruitment
Familiarity with EduTrust (Standard 3) and agent management systems is an added advantage
Strong ability to build and maintain solid relationships with agents and institutional partners
Excellent communication and coordination skills
