HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Drive manpower development goals in designated markets through agent expansion and agent management

• Manage the full recruitment process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding arrangements

• Maintain and safeguard company personnel records to ensure completeness and confidentiality

• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies

• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency

• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance in foreign worker recruitment

Requirements:

• Minimum of a recognized diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• At least 2 years of experience in human resources or foreign worker recruitment

• Familiarity with EduTrust (Standard 3) and agent management systems is an added advantage

• Strong ability to build and maintain solid relationships with agents and institutional partners

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
