Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partnering business leaders and line managers to provide advisory on all HR related matters.
• Work with key stakeholders to develop plans on current and future state staffing and/or skill needs.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Manage the recruitment and selection of all staff to ensure the compliance of recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
• Manage new hiring onboarding & offboarding.
• Assist in HR developing policies & procedures, job evaluation, employee engagement survey, performance appraisal and retention plan.
• Develop employee engagement strategies and drive activities to improve internal communication and employee bonding.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business
• Min 5 years of experience in a HRBP & Talent Acquisition role
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• People oriented and results driven
