Human Resource Manager / HR Manager [West Area]

Job Scope:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, payroll, report generation, and liaising with governmental bodies.
• Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation processes for foreign work passes and promptly respond to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including updating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, conduct research, and propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Offer strategic guidance to management and department heads on HR matters.
• Administer annual performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to align with industry best practices and support organizational growth.
• Design and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization.
• Provide administrative assistance to the receptionist and step in to support other departments and stakeholders as needed.
• Extend support to regional subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
• Undertake additional administrative and spontaneous tasks as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR OR Equivalent Studies
• Good to have IHRP certificate
