Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:
Human Resources Executive (Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500)
The candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Job Descriptions:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files.
Monitor and process work pass application, renewal, cancellations.
Handle CPF, IR8A, Tax Clearance IR21 submissions.
Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees.
Coordinate employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred.
Good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.
Meticulous and good team player.
Strong communication, organisational, time management skills.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders, but not necessary.
Proficient in Infotech HRMS would be an advantage.
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
