Human Resources Executive

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses.  We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:

Human Resources Executive (Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500)

The candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager. 

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. 

• Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding process.

• Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files.

• Monitor and process work pass application, renewal, cancellations.

• Handle CPF, IR8A, Tax Clearance IR21 submissions.

• Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees.

• Coordinate employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment. 

• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred.

• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.

• Meticulous and good team player.

• Strong communication, organisational, time management skills.

• Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders, but not necessary.

• Proficient in Infotech HRMS would be an advantage.
