Job Summary

Coordinate and manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations to support HQ and retail operations, ensuring smooth workforce management and adherence to legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle hiring processes from job posting, interviewing, to onboarding for HQ and retail store positions
• Manage documentation for new hires and departing employees to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies
• Compare insurance plans, facilitate renewals, liaise with insurers, and process claims when applicable
• Administer full payroll cycle including monthly payroll processing, commission and overtime payments, employee reimbursements, CPF submissions, and employee income tax matters
• Conduct payroll audits and submit government surveys and claims such as pro-family leave and NS claim amendments
• Generate and analyze HR reports on turnover, recruitment, and other key metrics to inform decision-making
• Address staff inquiries and manage disciplinary processes professionally and fairly
• Oversee leave management system to ensure accurate tracking and compliance
• Monitor and update HR policies, especially compensation and benefits, to maintain competitiveness and legal compliance
• Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders on HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, performance management, and staff deployment
• Partner with Operations Manager to support manpower planning and budgeting for all retail stores
• Manage ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required to support organizational goals
