Responsibilities:

• Source candidates proactively through job portals
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for their suitability for roles
• Conduct first-round interviews independently with candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Facilitate onboarding and contract documentation for successful hires
• Provide administrative and coordination support across the team
