Job summary
HR job Responsibilities include data management, payroll, tax submission, work pass processes Requirements include HR/Business degree, payroll experience, knowledge of labour laws
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Maintenance and Update of Employee Data in HRIS • Onboarding and Offboarding Support • Monthly Payroll Management and Processing & CPF Submission for Singaporean Employees • Yearly Tax Submission to Inland Revenue • Administration of Work Pass Processes • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business/Business Admin or related disciplines • 1-2 years of payroll experience • Familiarity with MOM labour laws • Advantageous to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
