As a Manager, Compensation & Benefit (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Administer and ensure accurate execution of compensation programmes, including bonuses, incentives, allowances, specialised payouts, and billing cycles.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve compensation programmes, processes, and HR projects.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking through market surveys, analyse results, and provide insights to support pay decisions.
• Perform compensation audits to ensure compliance with Cluster HR and hospital compensation policies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide compensation advice on job offers, promotions, and other remuneration matters.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging Excel and automation tools (e.g. VBA, RPA, Power Query) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
