Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely across functional teams during mergers and acquisitions due diligence processes.
• Drive the integration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Analyze existing benefit policies, salaries, and rewards, and provide recommendations for alignment and improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking using tools and methodologies, focusing particularly on tech and consulting standards.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive compensation levels in the market.
• Lead periodic reviews and updates of rewards and benefits programs.
• Work with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and relevance of current programs, offering data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
• Effectively lead and engage stakeholders at all levels for the implementation of related initiatives.
• Contribute to fostering a high-performance culture by developing and implementing firmwide performance management processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure rewards are aligned with performance objectives.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record in Compensation and Benefits roles, particularly emphasizing Merger & Acquisition integration, Performance Management, and Rewards.
• Robust background in conducting salary benchmarking, preferably with proficiency in utilizing Mercer consulting tools.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead and carry out initiatives for updating rewards and benefits.
• Knowledgeable about performance management methodologies.
