Manager, Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy (Logistics / East) [EL]

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of regional Total Rewards strategy, including job architecture, grading frameworks, and compensation structures
• Lead or coordinate participation in market compensation surveys across the region
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance
• Evaluate and recommend competitive remuneration packages aligned with market positioning
• Support incentive plan design, financial modelling, and cost impact analysis
• Drive harmonization of benefits, allowances, and insurance programs across business units and countries
• Ensure consistent governance and application of reward policies while balancing local market requirements
• Provide advanced analytics and scenario modelling to support strategic pay and reward decisions

Requirements

• Degree holder with 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a multinational/regional environment
• Strong expertise in total rewards frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking
• Advanced analytical capability with strong numerical and modelling skills
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic compensation insights
• Strong influencing, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
