Recruitment Consultant / Employment Agent

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Employment Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid CEI licence/certificate.
• Prior working experience in an employment agency is required.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, work pass applications, and employer/client handling.
• Able to source and develop new clients independently.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Candidates with an existing client network will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and clients.
• Source suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Handle recruitment coordination and follow-up with employers and workers.
• Assist with work pass applications and related documentation.
• Provide professional support throughout the recruitment process.
