Payroll Officer, $3,800 (East)

Location: East, Singapore
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 per month

Working hours: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for non-executive employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements
• Review and reconcile payroll outputs, including payroll registers, bank files, and tax computations
• Prepare and generate regular payroll reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc as required)
• Support statutory submissions and filings, including IR21, IR8A, NS make-up pay claims, government-paid leave claims, and other regulatory submissions
• Assist with responses to government surveys and audit or compliance-related requirements
• Participate in internal and external audit checks related to payroll and HR processes
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities as required

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources preferred
• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for approximately 80–100 headcount, preferably blue-collar workforce
• Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Immediate starter or within short notice period
