Salary: S$3,800 – S$4,500 per month + Performance Bonus

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Payroll Executive to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing excellent support to employees, contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees and outsourced staff.
• Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with Singapore employment regulations, CPF, IRAS and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and statutory submissions.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees, contractors and clients.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Process new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, allowances, claims, overtime and deductions.
• Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on payroll-related matters.
• Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Work closely with Recruitment, HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore payroll legislation, CPF, IRAS and Employment Act requirements.
• Experience processing payroll for medium to large employee populations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with payroll or HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

• Outsourced payroll
• Recruitment agency or staffing industry
• Contract workforce payroll
• Government payroll projects
• Payroll audits and statutory reporting
