About the Role
This role will manage end-to-end payroll operations across a diverse APAC and international footprint, partnering closely with our payroll vendor while maintaining strong ownership of the full payroll process. The role also provides support on broader Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ headcounts across APAC and MEA
Oversee payroll delivery through third-party vendor(s) while maintaining full understanding and oversight of the end-to-end process
Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements across all covered markets, with particular emphasis on MOM regulations for Singapore
Assist with Compensation & Benefits duties as needed, including benchmarking, benefits administration, and related projects
Liaise with internal stakeholders, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
Stay current on payroll regulations and market practices across covered countries
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of regional payroll experience, ideally covering multiple APAC markets
Strong working knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore payroll compliance
Familiarity with UKG Pro or similar global HCM/payroll platforms is a strong advantage
