People & Culture Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire quality talent efficiently.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, manpower needs, and hiring priorities.
• Support employee engagement, counselling, and retention initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Review compensation & benefits to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Develop career pathways, succession planning, and employee development programmes.
• Maintain and enhance job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organisational structures.
• Analyse hiring metrics, salary benchmarks, and industry trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business leaders to improve productivity, retention, and overall hiring ROI.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment strategy, and employee engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market salary data and workforce trends.
