Perm HR Executive Up to $3300 #NKA

Location: Defu Lane

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $3300

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding
• Maintain and update of employees personal files
• Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation, etc. and accommodation matters
• Monitor and process contract renewals and/or conversion
• Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs
• Handle submission for government training grant and staff absentee payroll claims
• Responsible for the staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and activities
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in HR
• Good knowledge on Singapore employment law and HR practices
