Principal Recruitment Consultant

Requirements

• Build and grow a specialist recruitment desk for Semi Conductor, Logistics, Sales & Marketing industry
• Drive full 360 recruitment activities across business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, CTOs, and business stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract hiring
• Negotiate and close agreements with clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record with experience in candidate management & delivery.
• Experience recruiting within various industries in Singapore - Semiconductor, Logistics, Healthcare.
• Prior experience in working in the non BFSI sector will be a great advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
