Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Recruiter cum Event Helper to support recruitment activities, employer engagement, and recruitment roadshows/events. The candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, engaging jobseekers, and supporting onsite event operations during career fairs, outreach activities, and recruitment roadshows.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, conducting outreach, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Duties

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and outreach KPIs assigned by the company.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Contact jobseekers to arrange interviews and provide job matching support.
• Assist candidates with registration, resume submission, and application processes.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and job applications.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support employers in recruitment activities and manpower needs.
• Provide basic career advisory and job information to jobseekers.

Event & Roadshow Duties

• Support recruitment roadshows, career fairs, and outreach events on scheduled days.
• Set up event booths, registration counters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Conduct onsite registration and crowd management during events.
• Engage members of the public and introduce available job opportunities and programmes.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain event activities to visitors.
• Assist in event logistics, coordination, and manpower support.
• Collect event statistics such as visitor count and registrations.
• Ensure smooth event operations and provide support to event supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in HR/Recruitment roles will have an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to members of the public and jobseekers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
• Willing to travel for roadshows and events across Singapore.
• Able to work on weekends or extended hours during scheduled events when required.
