Aureus Group is looking for a Recruiter to process and manage the company’s recruitment process. He/ She must understand our company’s culture and objectives to find the best fit for the company.
The Recruiter needs to adhere to the hiring procedures in Aureus Group Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries. He/ She will liaise closely with the respective Recruitment Manager, HR Director, and staff to forecast the hiring needs in the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates via online platform and in-person setting
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, and job portals
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with HR managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Any tasks set by the HR Director/Managers.
Requirements:
• Diploma to Degree holders, preferably in the field of business management, human resources management, or psychology
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in HR-related position.
• PC literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
• Detail-oriented, good organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
