Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to role matching and offer management.

• Client Relationship Management: Liaise directly with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their strategic hiring needs.

• Contractor Management: Seamlessly oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and basic payroll administration for contractors.

• Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
