About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with strong experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment and Managed Service Provider (MSP)environments. This role will support a diverse portfolio of hiring requirements across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will behands-on, process-oriented, and experienced in working within fast-paced MSP/VMS-driven recruitment models while delivering high-quality talent within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H), contract, and permanent roles across multiple business functions.

·      Work closely with MSP partners, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely delivery.

·      Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.

·      Handle recruitment across diverse skill sets including Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Business Support roles.

·      Ensure compliance with MSP processes, VMS tools, documentation, and SLA requirements.

·      Maintain accurate candidate records, interview tracking, and reporting within ATS/VMS systems.

·      Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.

·      Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.

·      Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.

Skills & Experience Required

·      3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within MSP, staffing or agency environments.

·      Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H)hiring models and contingent workforce recruitment.

·      Experience working with VMS/ATS platforms and MSP-driven recruitment processes.

·      Ability to recruit across multiple domains including Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate functions.

·      Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

·      Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
